Exchange and return of products

We strive to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction from shopping in our online store Maxima-decor. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can exercise your right to exchange or return it in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine on consumer protection: the Law of Ukraine dated 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights."

Terms and Conditions for Product Return and Exchange:

  1. Return period: You can return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order.
  2. Condition of the product: The product must be unused, without signs of package opening, retaining its commercial appearance, in its original packaging, with tags and seals intact. It is also necessary to provide a payment document (receipt or invoice) that confirms the purchase. Given the specifics of such a product as paint and varnish products, a product whose packaging has been opened or shows signs of opening, usage, or with broken seals/tags is not subject to exchange or return.
  3. Products not subject to return: In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (resolution dated March 19, 1994 No.172)), some categories of products are not subject to return or exchange, namely products made to order with individual characteristics. Custom-colored (tinted) products are considered as made to order and therefore are not subject to return.

Procedure for Product Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us: Before sending the product for return or exchange, please contact our manager at: (050) 407-36-35 or (067) 541-89-75. The manager will provide detailed instructions and answer all your questions.
  2. Fill out a return form: Download and complete the return form for the product and the refund. The form is available at the link: Download return form.
  3. Prepare the product: Make sure that the product meets the return conditions (unused, in the original packaging, with a full set of accessories). Include the completed form and the payment document in the package.
  4. Shipping the product: Send the product to the address provided by the manager during the consultation. Please note that if the product is returned because the buyer changed his/her mind, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

Refund:

  • Refund period: After receiving and inspecting the product, the funds will be returned to the bank details provided by the buyer in the return form within 3 banking days, provided that the product meets the return conditions as per the inspection results.
  • Method of refund: The refund is processed using the bank details provided by the buyer in the return form.

Warranty Cases and Defect Detection:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect: In case a defect or malfunction is detected, please contact us using the provided phone numbers. We will arrange for a free replacement of the product or a refund.
  • Damage during delivery: Upon receiving the order, check its integrity. In case of damage to the product or incomplete set, refuse to accept and pay for the order, complete an act-claim with a representative of the delivery service, and notify us for further actions. If the buyer does not refuse to accept a damaged product or a product that does not match the order, the buyer loses the right to make any future claims regarding that order.
