We offer you the option of classical application of grey Art Beton TM Maxima-decor in industrial style. It is the best way to reproduce the atmosphere of manufacturing or storing premises.
Рriming
Priming is a necessary stage. Apply on the surface deep penetrating primer-concentrate 1:10 AQUA PRIMER TM Maxima with a roller or a brush.
Before you start applying decorative coating, cover the areas, which are not meant to be coated, with masking tape and film.
Tinting of the base coating
Tinting Quartz Primer TM Maxima-decor
Carefully manually stir Quartz Primer TM Maxima-decor and tint it with pigment concentrate "FARBEX COLOR". Due to the brightness and saturation of the pigment, its consumption will be minimal.
The color is black.
Applying the base coat
Quartz Primer TM Maxima-decor has a high level of adhesion to the base surface. Using primer makes applying and forming decorative coatings easier. Apply adhesive primer with quartz filler QUARTZ PRIMER TM Maxima-decor. As a tool use a roller with a 7-12 mm pile and roll it well to achieve a maximally smooth surface.
Tinting of the decorative coating
Manually gently stir ART BETON TM Maxima-decor, spill part of the plaster into a separate container and tint with pigment concentrate "FARBEX COLOR". Due to the brightness and saturation of the pigment, its consumption will be minimal.
The color is black.
Applying of a decorative stucco: 1st coat
Apply ART BETON TM Maxima-decor with a metal trowel and a spatula.
Work on the wet edge, leaving a minimal quantity of the product to avoid visible joints on the surface.
Tinting of decorative plaster
Separate a part of the non-colored product of ART BETON TM Maxima-decor into one more container. Tint it with a pigment concentrate "FARBEX COLOR" to a lighter tone than the first time. Due to the brightness and saturation of the pigment, its consumption will be minimal. The color is black.
Applying of a decorative stucco: 2nd coat
Apply ART BETON TM Maxima-decor forming a unique pattern.
Pattern option 1: imitation of drips on the walls
Put on the trowel two kinds of ART BETON colored and non-colored. Apply it on the surface with a long continuous stroke.
Pattern option 2: imitation of deep damages
Apply colored ART BETON on the surface leaving uncovered areas.
Compaction of the material
Flatten the whole area of not-dry ART BETON with a metal trowel, forming smoother and rougher spots.
Applying of wax
Apply wax CERA TM Maxima-decor on the whole surface. Remove the rest of the wax with a sponge. Take off the masking tape.
