Glossy decorative plasters
Glossy decorative plasters allow creating of various design effects, including a smooth mirror surface and imitating marble, metal and other materials. There are two products among decorative coatings TM Maxima-decor, which can create glossy surfaces. They are Stucco Veneciano and a relief plaster Marmorino.

Decorative coating with the effect of marble
Venetian plaster Stucco Veneziano imitates a natural stone - marble, malachite, lapis lazuli, onyx, and jasper. A stone effect is achieved due to the multi-layered structure: each coat of Venetian plaster is spread on the surface as thin as possible, equalized, hardened and then the subsequent coat is applied. Gloss on the surface is gained by polishing and a seamless technology makes Venetian plaster a decoration of any premise.
A relief plaster Marmorino
"Marmoreo" means as translated "marble" and refers to the Venetian plasters but the main nuance is its not smooth surface but a slightly textured coating. You can imitate a cut of marble, effect Grotto or other textured surface. The classic way of applying Marmorino is a "map of the world".
Advantages of glossy decorative plaster

Disadvantages of glossy decorative plaster
- Defects on the surface are visible. A glossy surface emphasizes all drawbacks on the surface (uneven areas, deeps or cracks), that's why we recommend quality preparing the surface before you apply the plaster.
- A glossy surface is sensitive to fingerprints, dust and dirt. It can demand regular and delicate tidying up and care.
- Vulnerability to damage. Glossy surfaces are more vulnerable to scratches, strikes and damages in comparison with matt and textured surfaces.
- The price for the product and application of some glossy decorative plasters can be higher in comparison with other types of plasters, which makes them more affordable.

Glossy plaster looks attractive in combination with other materials and elements of decor. Use modern furniture and light colors to create impressive designer decisions.
